Hearth, The Ritz Carlton Perth
2020
The restaurant concept is based around the central hearth, where each dish on the menu features an ingredient cooked in the hearth.
From hot coals, buried in the earth, orange glowing flames, white heat, dancing embers to cool, white smoke, different layers of fire were visualised through abstract textures which represent the beauty and art of cooking with fire.
Hues of earthy browns, burnt oranges, deep blues smokey greys and cool whites create an earthy, warm and authentic experience.
